Suffering through living — or living to suffer some more – either way, this is not really making the most of every day!

In the last 24 hours I’ve had two people want to talk to me about living. Both of these want a better life than they have lived in the past. Each has their own set of circumstances to overcome, but a concern was expressed by both that they weren’t really living.

Sometimes you hear certain words and a light bulb goes off in your head that says “listen up!” This happened to me yesterday. A friend was talking about a relationship, and saying that the other person did not validate his worth. Those words, “validate my worth” have been rolling through my head ever since.
