My name is I.M. Heart, and I wrote a book with my name on it. Why would I do that? I wanted to share what I have learned about my feelings, hoping it can help someone like you. You see, I’ve learned that I am full of feelings – some are happy, warm and loving. Others are grumpy, anxious and fearful. All are my feelings and every day I live with all of them. You have feelings too! Let I.M. Heart help you live with your own feelings!
These feelings are with me all the time – changing and moving through me all day long. They are part of me, and when I ignore them, I get out of touch with myself. I become unaware of what is important to me, and even stop myself from achieving the things I want.
That’s why I wrote my book; to help me understand what my feelings are saying about my life, and how I can use my feelings to live a more peaceful, spiritual, and fulfilled existence. I.M. Heart, and so are you!
