I.M. Heart is just like you and me. We are all I.M. Heart because we all have feelings. In our hearts we hold all kinds of feelings. These include loving, dear, joyful feelings as well as fearful, angry, hateful feelings.
This book is about feelings – being aware of them, accepting them and working with them. We live with a continuous flow of feelings and these feelings are an important source of information. Learning to understand these feelings will help us learn more about ourselves and we can also become more aware of the world around us. I.M. Heart shares ways to process feelings so that our lives are richer and we make informed choices.
